This privacy policy describes how SteadyApp ("the Application") collects, uses and

protects user information.

1. Data Collected

Depending on the features used, the Application may collect the following types of

data:

Information provided by the user

– Name or username

– Email address

– Profile data (age, sex, height, weight, target weight, health conditions)

Apple Health Data (HealthKit)

With your consent, the Application reads the following data from Apple Health: step

count, active calories, basal calories, dietary energy, protein, carbohydrates,

fat, fiber, body weight and body fat percentage.

The Application writes to Apple Health: body weight and body fat percentage (only

values manually entered by the user).

This data is used exclusively to calculate your energy balance and track your

progress. It is stored locally on your device and synchronized in encrypted form

with our servers to enable backup and multi-device synchronization.

HealthKit data is never used for advertising, marketing or data mining purposes,

and is not transmitted to analytics tools.

Data related to application usage

– In-app activity information

– Progress and tracking data

– User preferences

Technical data

– Device type

– Operating system version

– Anonymous technical identifiers

2. Use of Data

The data collected is used to:

– Provide and improve the Application's features

– Calculate your energy balance and personalized recommendations

– Personalize the user experience

– Ensure proper technical operation and security

– Respond to support requests

Data is never sold, rented or shared for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. Data Sharing

Some data is processed by the following service providers, required for the

Application to function:

– Supabase: authentication and database hosting. Receives profile data and health

metrics in encrypted form for synchronization.

– RevenueCat: subscription management. Receives only purchase-related information

(user identifier, subscription status).

– Apple HealthKit: health data access. Data is read and written locally on the

user's device.

None of these providers use your data for advertising purposes. They process data

solely for the operation of the Application and in compliance with applicable

regulations.

4. Data Retention

Data is retained only for the duration necessary to provide the service or to

comply with legal obligations.

Users may request deletion of their data at any time, directly from the Application

(Profile > Delete my account) or by contacting the data controller listed below.

5. Security

Technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect data against

unauthorized access, loss or alteration:

– Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS)

– Encryption of local storage (MMKV)

– Per-user data isolation (Row Level Security)

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. The

Application nevertheless implements recognized protection standards.

6. User Rights

In accordance with applicable regulations (including the GDPR in Europe), users

have the following rights:

– right of access to data

– right of rectification

– right of deletion

– right to restriction of processing

– right to object

– right to data portability

7. Data Concerning Minors

The Application is not intended for children under 13. No voluntary collection of

data concerning minors is carried out.

If data concerning a minor has been collected in error, it will be deleted as soon

as possible.

8. Changes

This privacy policy may be updated to reflect technical, legal or functional

changes. Users will be informed of any significant changes.
